Sierra Company is helping to found an alliance group, Project Valkyrie. So far there are five member clans, and we’re going to war with another alliance group.
Also, Sierra is now primary allies with the MAW (Mercenaries Above War). We’ll be doing a lot of operations together going forward.
Update February 20, 2018
Due to a security breach, recruitment was closed from Jan 29 until Feb 7. As of now, we are taking new recruits, and our screening process for new recruits has been improved.
Update January 20, 2018
Recruiting is definitely up, as is our number of Basic Trainings. The size of Sierra Company is projected to double in the next two weeks. To any new recruits: it’s the perfect time to sign up, we’re doing a lot of activities specifically to train new guys.

Sierra Company is starting an alliance coalition. There are three member clans in total at the moment. Hopefully we'll start doing weekly practice raids and joint training soon.

The Company is in need of additional recruiters and a video team. Interested parties should contact FlamingBaconMK. Work in either of these fields may land you a promotion.
Update: October 9, 2017
Sierra was recently re-activated. In the past three weeks, we've gained roughly 20 members. Recruitment and activity are both up, and there are a number of organizational changes to the Company.
Sierra Company is one of the last true hardcore military clans on Halo 5. Since the release of Halo 4, MCC, and 5, the Halo military community has taken a massive hit. Sierra's mission is to bring fun, serious and old school mil-sim clans back to the fold. This is a tough challenge-but we have capable leaders with real military experience, members who know the ropes, reasonable rules and regulations, and effective use of military tactics and communication. Sierra's achieved a lot so far-and things are only looking up.
Leadership-Both in the Clan and Community
Here at Sierra, we pride ourselves in individual leadership and efficiency. Our definition of leadership isn't taking command of others, or stroking one's own ego. We define leadership simply as getting stuff done. You recruit people into the clan? You're leading. You make us maps? You're leading. You carry the team in matchmaking? You're leading.
Individual leadership really makes makes us stand out. Our members do their jobs, and I think that I speak for the whole clan when I say that Sierra is a group I'm proud to be a part of.
Raising the Bar
Our standards set us apart. Some groups will accept anyone, provided you meet a minimum K/D and age requirement. Other clans will promote members faster because they claim to be experienced clan members.
Sierra doesn't care. It doesn't matter if you're an ex-clan leader or never been in a group before. Everyone is held to the same standard, everyone is given crap at Basic Training. most washouts are one of two things; either they don't know what they're doing, or they know what they're doing, and it makes them arrogant.
Sierra Company: Combat Record
Like I mentioned previously, Sierra has a stellar combat record. We have won roughly 80% of our raids and practice raids against other groups. And we have 93 percent wins in Matchmaking, including ranked playlists like Breakout and Warzone. Right now we're on a 24 game winning streak of BTB and Warzone.
How are we doing so well, you might ask? It isn't muscle memory or some magic sweaty spell. It's tactics and communication. Sierra has quite a few members with military experience-and they teach tactics to our members. Now, not everything works well in-game. In Halo there's no fear of death, reloading isn't as much of an issue, and a lot of other factors are at play that make many tactics worthless. But from our victories and failures we've figured out what works consistently.
