Forms of Punishment
Section A: Non-judicial punishment.Anybody within the company may be punished if they violate the rules or regulations although punishment and the severity must be discussed before the execution of it - although it may be executed without a discussion if the captain or commander see fit.
1. Deduction of rank:
Deduction of rank may be applicable when the individual has knowingly violated the regulations, broken the rules, and demonstrated bad character. Though it may also be given as a result of poor performance to their duties. This punishment can only be given by a Commander or the Captain.
2. Loss operation privileges:
This punishment is applicable when the individual has knowingly violated the regulations, broken the rules, or demonstrated bad character and the punishment consists of the individual temporarily losing access to Company operations and activities.
3. Recycling for training:
This punishment is to be issued when the Individual has insufficient knowledge of the rules and regulations of the Company. Also if the individual has unsatisfactory performance. This punishment can only be given by a Commander or Company Commander. Although personnel may refer and vote that a person goes for re-training.
4. Extra duties:
This punishment is to be issued when the individual has knowingly violated the regulations, broken the rules, or demonstrated bad character. The duties can consist of: Sentry duty, recruiting, or whatever duties that may need to be fulfilled. Though this punishment can be issued by an E-5 and above with the approval of an Officer.
5. Physical training:
This punishment is to be issued when the individual has knowingly violated the regulations, broken the rules, or demonstrated bad character. The punishment consists of making an individual crouch walk around a map three times, or as many as the person who is giving the punishment sees fit. Though the minimum punishment is one lap. This punishment can be given by an E-5 or above with the approval of three or more members of equal rank or above. But if a complaint is made, it will investigated. (Officers can give it at will).---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Section B: Types of DischargeHonorable Discharge:
This is not considered a punishment, though it may be given when a person has requested to no longer serve with Sierra Company and leaves on good terms. This can only be approved by a Commander or the Captain.
Standard Discharge:
This is a neutral form of being discharged - It is neither good or bad and will not result in being put on the blacklist.
Dishonorable Discharge:
This is to be given when an individual has exhibited extreme disregard for the regulations, broken the rules, disregarded orders, or do not regularly report in. This punishment is severe and will prohibit any Company personnel from communicating with that person as well as put them on the blacklist. This may only be issued by a Captain. Though it may be issued by a Commander if it has the secondary approval of another Commander or his E-10 and 0-3.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Section C: Interviews
Party interview:
To be held inside of an Xbox Live party with the accused, witness and/or accuser, and a Commander or the Captain; Other Officers may attend as well.
Physical interview:
To be held in-game on the accused group's ship with a large audience present.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Including but not limited to:
- Team killing.
- Intentional disruption of communication.
- Unjustified disrespect of personnel.
- Flagging (Shooting a team member with a weapon.)
- Disregarding orders.
- Absent without leave.
- Failure to report in.
- Failure to proceed with assigned duties.
- Failure to to abide by the rules and regulations.
