What You Need to Know
Who are we?
The end goal of Sierra Company, is to have fun. There is literally no point in joining a clan if you're not going to enjoy it. Contrary to what most competitive groups think, a high K/D won't get you a girlfriend.
What does Sierra do?
Simply put, we play Halo. Training to boost our teamwork, raids to test our skills, Warzone to core randoms, BTB to clean the floor with our opponents. We don't always win, but we generally do.
Our Uniform: Black + Sage = Sexy
Uniform is here for a reason. It promotes clan unity and prevents friendly fire. Our policy is that uniform must be on during all serious clan activities, which is really only going to be 2 or 3 hours a week if you're active.
Remember: the ladies love a man in uniform.
Uniform:
Armor: Recruit (any version)
Helmet: Recruit (any version)
Visor: Recruit or Midnight
Primary Color: Steel (black)
Secondary Color: Olive (darkest green)
Service Tag: SC[rank]
Example: E1 is the first rank, so the first tag would be SCE1.

Training
Most training is on the weekends, but weekday events still happen.
Standard Events:
Boot Camp: (AKA Basic Training, or BCT): Two phases. First activity you'll do with us. More info in "recruitment" tab.
Ops: Short for Operations. It's a tactical, CQC focused gametype we do on specialized maps. There's limited ammo, and assorted weapons at spawn. Some maps are asymmetrical, but it's on a level playing field. It's a one-life gametype with multiple rounds. Basically team tac with limited ammo, bigger maps, and weapons at spawn.
Raids:
Raids are an honor rules custom game type that's been around since Halo Reach. Think of it like Warzone assault on a specialized customs map. The "attacking" clan needs to clear the "raid base" of all defenders. When the attackers kill a defender they'll spawn at the same place the attackers spawned before, and the defenders become the attackers. It's on a free-for-all gametype with unlimited ammo. There's an honor rules time limit, generally one hour. But some raids have no time limit and last until one team gives up and leaves. Famously, a few raids have lasted several days because large clans brought in allied groups, and neither side was willing to concede. Raids are done on specialized maps that take several hours to build, and whoever wins the raid keeps the map.
Our raids are pretty standard. We like to keep a one hour time limit, take about 5 minutes to set up. If we get a full lobby you can bet we'll do a practice raid with ourselves, but most of the time we do practice raids with allied clans. We like to do one every two weeks or more on average. Like I said, we've won mostly 80% of our raids. And as member count goes up so should training and raid frequency.
Drills: Every once and a while we do a refresh of things taught in Basic training. See "recruitment" for more info on basic training.
Game Nights: Not exactly training per se, but helps with getting new members and taking a break. We are trying to have weekly gamenights.

Above: Ops in an urban setting. Notice the hogs. This specific match is actually on a pretty big, symmetrical map.
