Section A: Ranks
[O-6] Captain: "SCO6"
Leads the entire Company and has full control over all groups and the Platoons within them. His duties must consist of promoting and discharging people, as-well as dealing with things of diplomatic interest, he also sets policy.
(Cannot proceed past this rank.)
[O-5] Commander: "SCO5"
Leads a battle-group with the help of an executive officer, Although doesn't lead any platoons directly; they do lead all of their platoons on-top of leading the HQ team within their battle-group. Other duties consist of scheduling; Training's, Platoon Scrims, Recruitment sessions as-well as acting as an adviser for the Captain during diplomatic sessions and policies. Is also apart of the Company HQ as-well as leading the HQ Teamwithin his battle-group.
(Cannot proceed in rank unless captain stands down and a new Captain is needed.)
[O-4] Lieutenant Commander: "SCO4"
Is the executive officer within a battle-groupand is apart of the HQ team within it and acts as an adviser for the CO. Other duties consist of ensuring that platoon commanders are carrying out all activities and orders given by the commanding officer, as-well as making sure that platoon commanders are aware of said activities.
(Must recruit over 24 people as a recruitment commander or be promoted by the Captain in order to proceed in rank.)
[O-3] Lieutenant: "SCO3"
Acts as a Platoon commander and takes orders from the officers in the HQ team. Can lead training's as-well as ensures his men are involved.
(Must be promoted by the Captain in order to proceed in rank.)
[O-2] Lieutenant Junior Grade: "SCO2"
Acts as the 2IC in the platoon and helps administrate the platoon. Can either lead a squad in that platoon or be apart of the lieutenant's squad.
(Must be recommended by his or hers lieutenant to the captain in order to proceed in rank.)
[O-1] Ensign: "SCO1"
Officer training rank and also acts as the probational period rank for a minimum of two weeks; a lieutenant should take this person into their squad and act as a mentor and in which after they may be eligible for promotion to Lieutenant junior Grade; but only by recommendation by their mentor or the Captain.
(Must be recommended and complete his/hers two week probational period.)
ENLISTED RANKS:
[E-10] Master Chief Petty Officer of the Company: "SC10"
Is apart of the Company HQ Team and doesn't lead any platoons, although he is responsible for enforcing company discipline to officers and enlisted alike, although he also acts as a spokesperson for the enlisted personnel and an adviser for the Captain. He also does morale and integrity checks for platoon leaders; meaning he asks them how their men are doing and if they have any concerns that need to past onto the Captain.
(No other enlisted ranks to proceed in rank, only option is officer.)
[E-9] Master Chief Petty Officer: "SCE9"
Is apart of the battle-group HQ and doesn't lead any squads, but he does acts as an adviser for the commander of his battle-group, as-well as ensuring that discipline within the battle-group is enforced. Other duties consist of doing morale and integrity checks of battle-group enlisted personnel(Squad leaders mostly).
(Must be promoted by the Captain in order to proceed in rank.)
[E-8] Senior Chief Petty Officer: "SCE8"
Can act as a platoon 2IC. duties consist of ensuring that the platoon commander is keeping a roster of his personnel as-well as reminding other enlisted personnel in the platoon about their duties and potential training's; as-well as knowing how to conduct them.
(Must be recommended to the Captain or by the battle-group commander in order to proceed in rank.)
[E-7] Chief Petty Officer: "SCE7"
Can act as a squad leader, although his main duty is acting as the senior drill&combat Instructor if needed.
(Must train 6 classes in order to proceed in rank.)
[E-6] Petty Officer 1st Class: "SCE6"
Can act as a squad leader, although his min duty is acting as the acting drill&combat instructor if needed.
(Must train 4 classes in order to proceed in rank.)
[E-5] Petty Officer 2nd Class: "SCE5"
Can act as a squad leader, although his main duty is acting as the junior drill instructor or a recruiter.
(Must help train 2 classes in order to proceed in rank or recruit 8 people.)
[E-4] Petty Officer 3rd Class: "SCE4"
Has no duty, but to be combat ready.

[E-3] Crewman: "SCE3"

The rank all personnel get while in basic training.

Personnel within Sierra Company can be promoted to the next rank if they meet the following requirements:
- If they meet the proceeding requirement for that rank.
- if they get recommended by their PLTC(Platoon Commander) or their CO.
- If they get promoted directly by the Captain.
It should be noted that promotion ceremonies are held during the last Friday of each month and any promotions before hand are considered field promotions and won't be in effect until the ceremonies.
