At the time of writing this we have between 30-40 members. But Activity is more important than how many members you have, and our members show more after than members of other groups show. A full lobby for a 30-40 member clan is pretty great activity-wise.
How can I join?
In a nutshell: Message Mick Kito saying you're interested in joining Sierra. You go to 2 boot-camp sessions (held weekly-ish). Refer to the recruitment tab for detailed info.
Can my organization do an alliance with Sierra?
Absolutely. We're always willing to meet new people, scrim new people, or f*** new people. Again, message Mick Kito for details.
I'd like to merge with Sierra. How would I go about doing that?
Merges are very situational. As with the rest of this FAQ, message Mick Kito if you actually do want to merge. We'll probably organize at least one officer meeting between leads, one joint training, and one final meeting to assign merging member ranks and finalize things. Now, we don't actually want every merge we can get. But it's worth asking us if you're interested.
What does my organization get out of a merger with Sierra?
Good question. Simply put, you get to be a part of something greater. Combining groups adds the best of both. The combined groups get more members, officers, and ideas which increases recruiting and activity. Now, the main reason to be want to stay separate is to stay in control of your group. Keep this in mind: You will almost certainly be in control of your own members (if not more), as well as having sway over a larger group of people. If you were in charge of a successful group, you can bet we'll take your advice into account. And as I've said our command is a lot more competent, skilled, and experience than most groups, and your men will be in good hands. And because there's certainly going to be more activity than in your previous group, your members will be treated better.
What's your raid ROE?
Our ROE is flexible depending on what you want, and always up for negotiation. If no ROE is agreed upon we follow no rules, which really only happens in surprise raids. Our raid maps aren't designed to be as easy as possible to keep-quite the opposite. Anyway, this is the current ROE:
Please note: If you think there's a violation message our lead. We can't fix something if we don't know there's an issue. We follow rules, and we don't push boundaries. But there could always be a miscommunication.
What's your BTB or clan battle ROE?
Negotiable. But our standard is: 343 maps only, everything goes.
